Agreement

By creating an account and using SquashCatalyst, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. These terms form a binding agreement between you and SquashCatalyst.

The service

SquashCatalyst provides AI-powered analysis of squash match videos. You upload video footage, and we generate coaching reports, tactical advice, and related features using AI models.

AI analysis is provided for informational and coaching-support purposes only. Reports are generated automatically and may not always be accurate. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of any analysis output.

Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share your account with others or allow unauthorised access. You must provide accurate information when creating your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in abusive, fraudulent, or harmful activity.

Your content

You retain ownership of the videos and content you upload. By uploading, you grant us a limited licence to process, store, and display your content for the purpose of providing the service.

You must only upload content you have the right to share. Do not upload videos featuring third parties without their consent. Do not upload content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes third-party rights.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to reverse-engineer or scrape it, use it in a way that harms other users, or attempt to circumvent usage limits.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed on a monthly or annual basis. Prices are shown on the pricing page. We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice. Payments are processed securely via Stripe.

See our Refund Policy for details on cancellations and refunds.

Availability

We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uptime. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect availability. We are not liable for losses arising from service unavailability.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SquashCatalyst is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of data or profits arising from your use of the service.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
