Refund Policy

Free plan
The free plan (Player) is provided at no charge. There is nothing to refund.
Paid subscriptions — cancellation
You may cancel your paid subscription at any time from your account settings page. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period, after which it will not renew. You will not be charged again.
We do not offer prorated refunds for cancellations mid-period. Access continues until the billing period ends.
Refunds
We offer refunds in the following circumstances:
- You were charged in error (duplicate charge, technical billing fault).
- You experienced a significant service outage during a billing period that substantially prevented use of the service.
- You request a refund within 7 days of your initial subscription and have not made significant use of the service.
Refund requests outside these circumstances are considered on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.
How to request a refund
Email support@squashcatalyst.com with your account email address, the reason for your request, and any relevant details. We will respond within 3 working days.
Disputes
If you believe you have been charged incorrectly, please contact us before raising a dispute with your card provider. We will resolve legitimate billing errors promptly.
